Air Conditioning Energy Assessments

The government has introduced new legislation in response to the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. This means that all air conditioning systems over 12kw now require an energy inspection, which must be renewed every 5 years. All of our air conditioning inspectors are accredited to level 4 accreditation.

The aims of the inspection are to:

• Provide building owners/operators with information about the system performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions and save energy and money.

The output of the inspection will be a report highlighting measures which if adopted will have the potential to save energy and money within a reasonable payback period.
